Introduction
K. Smart Associates Limited has specialized since 1978 in storm drainage management with particular emphasis on drainage projects initiated under the Ontario Drainage Act. Individuals in the firm have a combined total of over 60 years experience in drainage work and Kenn Smart has personally been involved with over 800 drainage projects, both urban and rural, during the course of his practice. Construction values of individual drainage projects designed by K. Smart Associates Limited have varied from $2,500 to over $1,000,000.

We are involved in municipal drainage in southern Ontario and in Northern Ontario in the Sudbury and Earlton.  We have also established a working relationship to provide municipal drainage services in the District of Rainy River.
